Great Quality, Very clean thread cut.
Very impressed with quality of this product. I had to tap 1/2" block of stainless steel. I first tried a standard style tap from the hardware store and it would not cut the stainless. I started with the part and the tap in my drill press and rotated the chuck by hand insuring the tap was straight and using the press lever to apply enough pressure so it didn't slip then finished it off on my workbench by hand with plenty of cutting oil. Slowly working the tap back and forth. The result was clean tight threads.

Worked great on an aluminum heatsink I'm fabricating.
I've had the chance to use this set on aluminum for an amp I'm building. Worked great. I don't know how they would do in steel though. Handy addition to the tool box.

The Hisspeed drill bit includes a metric tap. It appears to be of good quality.

The bit didn’t last long drilled one hole nice second not so well had to get another from local store. The tap worked great at least on three holes which was all I needed. I will note that I was drilling broken bolts out so the bit may do better on other material.

Perfect for mounting power resistors on an aluminum heatsink.
While I only needed to tap (4) holes, this little kit worked perfectly fine. Don't forget that you'll need to order a tap handle separately to actually drive it. I used it with a Dremel 200 bench press, and a craftsman tool. Setting 2-3 worked great. I also used it with Tap Magic cutting fluid.
