I also received the toothbrushes without the rubber tip, the rubber tip was why i ordered them! had to send back - should i order again? or forget it?

If they were marked as GUM 409, they should have the rubber tip. Mine have the rubber tip. I recommend sending them back with the explanation that you wanted the rubber tip. As a note of interest, the GUM 409 and GUM 311 toothbrushes have essentially the same head size, but the GUM 311 does not have the rubber tip. Again, check the numbers, you may have gotten a substitution.

Why doesn't Amazon ban this seller? He continues to send the wrong toothbrush to customers. This is at the least false advertising

I ordered GUM 411 and got instead 409 Which is much smaller

Under power source, the advertisement says battery powered. Really? What size batteries?
