LOVE IT!
Works great, holds in place, really creates privacy as you need to look at the screen head on to see what I am doing but it was mainly bought to help with blue light. I have noticed that my eyes are much less tired after a day of working on my laptop. Only thing could be that it prevents my macbook from closing all the way but it's not really problematic.

Glad to locate
I still have an old 2015 Macpro, and finding a blue light filter has been tough. Maybe we have been lucky, but we did not adhere to it at the bottom. We just set it in place, and it stays there for now in the grooves. We will keep the directions and adhesion in case later on it is required, but it sits in place and does not move.
