I really like this design. I bought my first in February 2024, and it's been very reliable since then. It hasn't fallen off my dash even once. I appreciate having my phone where I need it. I set it on my dash so it’s easy to see my map if I need it or whatever without being distracted. Easy to set up and the magnet is strong. Charging port is clear so I can easily plug charger in. After using it for about 9 months it did crack and the arm wouldn’t stay in place. I reached out to company, after verifying my issue couldn’t be fixed without a new product they sent me a replacement and I got it in a few days. Great customer service!
