I just got the advanced level exercisers from the get go and ive not used them yet but at first feel they are pretty hard rubber. I'm sure they will work but id suggest getting a lower level version of these but not the beginner. It would be better and more durable to get a mid level version and not start out at the highest level. Only reason i got the highest level is because alot have said that they are more durable then the lower level ones. The rubber squares come in a small paper box and are inside a plastic case they come in with no instructions so you should already know what to do with them because there are no instructions.

I've noticed some definite changes in my facial structure since using this. It differs from a jawzrsize simply because you're biting with your back molars instead of your front teeth. In effect this will not only work out your masseter muscle but also your entire face as well. Have you ever had a legitimate face pump from a jaw workout you did?? Looks pretty intimidating the first time seeing it lol! So, if you're looking for a more defined jawline or simply just a stronger looking more pronounced face in general this will most likely work for you if you are consistent! Just be prepared to replace the pieces every now and then as a couple of mine already started wearing down after a few weeks of use 😅. Only reason for the 4 star rating instead of 5. Try it, but don't overdo it right away. Just chase the pump, and watch the progress happen over time. ✌

I only purchase this for around lips line I want to improve and tighten it Is is good so far and it really did make my skin to look skinny but the looseness around my mouth didn’t disappear.

Seems to work with a little diligence, but to be fair, my jaw is already rather defined (lucky me!).

Have been using for about a week. So far, product is holding up good.
