Fish Pond Duckweed Control 500ml

What is important to understand is that this product is not a duckweed eliminator or herbicide. The enzymes create water conditions that inhibit duckweed growth. In this regard, the product works well especially if you take the trouble to remove as much duckweed as possible before applying product. I have a 12,000L wildlife pond and this product definitely keeps duckweed under control but does not ‘kill’ it.

There are some mixed reviews for this product on Amazon so I hesitated before ordering, but my experience is that this product works.My pond is relatively small (c 2000 litres) and the pondweed infestation this year was not as bad as it has been in previous years but nonetheless a single dose of this in line with the dosage instructions cleared the pond over a period of 2-3 weeks. There has been no re-occurence since.

I have two ponds connected and they are BOTH CLEAR NOW having used the product. It DOES NOT KILL THE DUCKWEED it stops it from multiplying so as the individual weeds die off, they aren't replaced.It does work!!

Emptied the whole bottle into our pond and got absolutely no results whatsoever, in fact the duckweed got even more prevalent and thicker.How they can market this stuff as duckweed control I really do not know. It's about as much use as a box of wet matches.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS RUBBISH.

After so much research finding a product that would work, I have not found any improvement /reduction in the quantity of the 'duckweed', after 2 applications of the "Eco Pond duckweed control".How long must one wait before seeing any improvement ?? Seems to be a complete waste of money.

We bought 3 lots of this and used as directed and doesn’t do anything!Duck weed continues to grow as it always does, even after we’d cleaned most of it out of the pond as used this stuff over a 6 week period.Waste of money.

Been in pond five days does not seem to be working. If anything there looks like there's more duck weed.

I bought 2 of these. But instruction are unreadable on both bottles as the seller or manufacturer placed price label obscuring half of the instructions on both bottles.. Label was impossible to remove without destroying instructions underneath...
