I really like that this attachment gave me a solution for shooting entomology and botany without having to buy a $300 + lens. Of course, this lens is not perfect (damn near close!) but when used properly you can get some exceptional shots. The bugs pictured were smaller than my pinky nail, which really impressed me. They were extremely small (smaller than a housefly). I use this attachment with my sony a6000. The fit is not super secure but secure enough. It screws on and is secure in this sense (won't come off the lens), but you can feel the lens kind of shake and jiggle around due to the extra weight of the attachment. This is really not a big deal but was something that I noticed when using it. I would highly recommend this setup for anyone looking to get into macro photography but does not want to drop hundreds of dollars on a macro lens itself.

The macro lens comes with adapter rings for a number of different lenses, providing 1:1 to 1:1.7 magnification based on the magnification of the lens being used. I guess they named all of those camera for keyword purposes. These adapters fit on whatever lens as long as it 1. Matches filter size or 2. You can use step up/down rings to match whatever you need. With a fast lens and/or killer lighting these attachments can help get you some really nice macro shots. It pairs really well w/ my m43 25mm/1.7 lens

Like other reviewers, I am a Neewer fan and have a LOT of their gear. I originally thought this was a fixed length lens, but it is an attachment lens to use with other lenses. It screws on the front of another lens in your collection to do more macro work. That makes the front end a bit tippy on a tripod, but the lens is pretty good for the job it does. Someone else noted some “jiggling” in the adapted, but mine screwed in tightly.

The lens feels great out of the box and has a nice weight to it. The Adapter rings are all metal and thread nicely, as does the lens. The images captured with the macro lens on have a nice clarity and quality to them, they are very crisp and if you have a high resolution camera they are beautiful when blown up as well. Highly recommend this, and let's be honest and just say any NEEWER product. They make great starter and intermediate gear.

Dependable Neewer quality, love the compatibility with many cameras and lenses. Love the adapter rings included. Works great, and not too hard on the wallet. I have to call it a Win 👍

This 22mm Macro Lens (Model No. LS-27) arrives in a nice looking, Neewer branded, cardboard box, that would be more than acceptable should you be wishing to give it as a gift. Inside the box is the lens (with lens caps), a 46mm adapter ring, a 40.5mm adapter ring, a cleaning cloth, a protective bag, and instructions. The build quality of the lens and the adapter rings is excellent and they have a good finish throughout. The lens is used in conjunction with your existing lens. Natively it can be attached to lenses with a ø49mm front filter thread size, however two adapter rings are included which enable you to connect it to lenses with ø40.5mm and ø46mm threads. You can also attach it to lenses with other thread diameters through the use of step-up/step-down rings that you will need to buy separately (available from a range of manufacturers on Amazon and from most photographic stores). When attached, this lens does not add too much additional weight or bulk to your setup. Depending on what lens you attach it to, the macro lens is said to offer a 1:1 to 1:1.7 magnification. In use the lens worked well. Image quality was very good and the lens was sharp. It is important to note that you will need to get quite close to your subject, and lighting can be an issue. However this is the same for all macro photography. Just a tip (especially when shooting moving subjects), if your camera has manual focus, it can be easier to set the lens to manual focus and then just physically move the camera closer or further away from your subject to get it in focus and take the picture, rather than relying on autofocus or trying to manually focus your lens. In conclusion, this a very well made macro adapter that has the ability to take some good photos. Whilst not up to the same level of quality as a dedicated macro lens, it will be good enough for many people’s needs. For those on a budget, it makes a good alternative to having to fork out on a dedicated lens. Works real well and actually makes the camera see it's a macro lens, the adapter work great and i have found no problem whatsoever.

Siehe Bilder. Ich denke das sagt alles. Wenn man am Kauf dieser Linsen interessiert ist, ist einem ein Makroobjektiv offensichtlich zu teuer. Mit diesen Linsen (10er) habe ich Blattläuse entdeckt, die mir zuvor nicht aufgefallen sind, und außerdem die Härchen am Po einer Ameise. Klingt doof - aber das ist doch herrlich. Leistbare Makrofotografie - mit Abstrichen (verschwimmt in der Nähe recht). Im handling - man braucht a bisserl, bis man es raushat, dass der Fokus passt. Lohnt sich aber!
