I am in my 30s and I developed a bad habit of slouching while sitting on my computer doing work. My posture is terrible and I know it will cause long term effects. My friends and family are constantly telling me to correct it but I feel the habit is formed. I tried this Timberlane Co. back posture corrector and it forced me to correct my posture. I wore for a couple hours and I can already tell it is helping me form good habits. I ordered a medium and I tightened the straps all the way to straighten up my back. I recommend this product.

This is very uncomfortable, doesn't help with posture that much, and looked very odd when I wore it. It's well constructed, heavy duty, and would probably last a long time with regular use.

This product was exactly what I needed! As a former ballet dancer, I still have back pain even many years after I stopped dancing. This brace not only gives me back support but also helps reduce my back pain. It’s also easy to wear under clothing! I’m very impressed with this product, especially at this great price point!

Made in China must be as it is too small for me and I ordered both Large and Ex Large (both too restrictive)

Actually works

I love it! This thing works wonders and it's been keeping my posture correct for most of the day. I got used to it and now find it comfortable wearing it almost all day. I notice a big difference in energy and easier breathing. I also noticed that i walk better now and keep my shoulders backwards. Definitely recommended!

Runs very small. Got my husband the largest size available and is too small for him to wear.
