Artecho Glow in the Dark Paint, 8 Colors / 20ml

I thought the colors would glow in the dark. I even applied about three coats to see if they would glow. My mistake was not reading the description correctly—it actually works with a UV purple/blue light. I searched “UV light” on YouTube, tested it, and it does work!

Great product and easy to use. My daughter and I loved using it to paint our faux coral reef. Excited to see it glow in the dark.

I don't notice a lot of glowing in the dark but they're very bright and pretty

Paint did not work as it was supposed to. Tried it on wood and concrete. Paint goes on so this you can’t even tell and does NOT glow in the dark. 10/10 do not recommend if you actually want glow in the dark.

Doesn’t really glow in the dark

When I started out crafting I only had a few colors. I switched to water colors but they didn't quite do what I wanted them to do. So, I bought these and that was what I needed. Sometimes I add water to thin them out and sometimes I don't. Either way these do the job for me. Great selection of colors. Box lid tells what color is where. They give my whittlings a great finish.

I recently purchased a compact pistol with fixed sights, and the same color as the slide. I couldn't distinguish the front or rear sight when pointing at a dark target, which wasn't helpful! After researching the many options available, I bought this set of acrylic, luminous paints. I bought the set of six different colors, to provide a wide range of options, and because the additional cost versus buying one color was minimal. These paints work better than expected. They are easy to apply, and are thick enough to go on accurately using just a toothpick, instead of a brush. The paint dries quickly and is odor free. After painting my new pistol's front sight in neon orange color, I went back to the range and could easily pick up the front sight against any background. I fired 100 rounds, came home and cleaned my pistol, and the paint remained clear and bright. Even if I have to eventually re-apply more paint, I've got enough for probably 1,000 applications. I also painted the sights of another pistol which came with white dots on front/rear, and used contrasting colors on the front and rear sights. Much better sight acquisition! While this paint is advertised as "Glow In The Dark", I don't really care if it works or not. My duty pistol has tritium sights, which are really the best option as you don't have to shine a flashlight on them to get them to glow. So if you're looking for an effective and inexpensive way to paint gun sights for all around shooting use, this acrylic neon paint is a very good option.

Was a bit sceptical at first but ordered them after looking at other reviews! I’m glad I did they are perfect size, great choice of colours and good colour coverage too I use them on wood with no primer. Would definitely buy again very pleased with the paints. Arrived quickly too.
