Turk is a decent supplement. I have noticed some minor strength gains after taking for quite some time. This is a great quality supplement, however it’s expensive to run in a stack. There are other companies that are as effective and a little cheaper.

I have been taking turkesterone for about 5-6 years to help me get back in shape and build muscle. As a guy in my 60s, keeping fit for my health as I age is a priority, yet turkesterone tends to upset my stomach. Fortunately for me, this ecdysterone product delivers a compound similar to turkesterone all without the gastrointestinal worries. I have seen my mile times improving at the gym and I definitely can do more reps while building muscle. I noticed myself feeling more spry when running around the 3 week mark after starting these, with that feeling continuing to after I finished the bottle. Overall, I would definitely say that my runs have improved and the muscle tone in my dad-gut and legs are looking much better. However, the best effect for stamina has been in the bedroom! At my age, romance can be tough, especially when I get winded and just can't keep up with my fit wife. The breakthrough for this supplement came for me again at the 3 week mark when I noticed myself much less exhausted and less winded than usual. By the time I finished my bottle, I'd say my supplementing adventure had been a blast! My wife has definitely noticed and just for this effect alone, I'm willing to continue my ecdysterone supplementation. The price of this supplement might be a bit steep, but from what I've been seeing with my body and feeling at the gym and with my wife, it's worth it. This supplement's got papa back in the game!

So, from my limited research into Ecdysterone, and particularly complexed in this way, I have seen that there have been studies conducted into their effects. Unfortunately, most studies you can find use rats or similar as the subjects. Nevertheless, Ecdysterone complexed with Hydroxypropyl-β-Cyclodextrin does seem to be more bioavailable within those test subjects. All of these types of supplements have a degree vagueness regarding their actual impact on a human. They may "work" on some people, and not on others. To my knowledge, there's a significant amount of control for other variables that has to be accounted for (or removed altogether) in a legitimate trial, and personal experiences may only be considered anecdotal, for that reason. With that said, Gorilla Mind as a company tends toward providing products which have strong scientific backing. Whether products like this one are an outlier in their lineup is up for individual interpretation. Gorilla Mind has seemed to want to stay at the forefront of what's being talked about in the fitness community, and that doesn't always mesh perfectly with providing thoroughly proven products. In some regards, if the only alternative is to not provide a product like this at all, then I would prefer they did, and allowed the consumer to make the decision about whether it's right for them or not. With that out of the way, I personally didn't notice any substantial increases in any areas while using this product. Even if I had, it would be difficult to isolate this supplement as THE one that caused it, with so many other extenuating factors also at play. I also didn't notice any negative effects at all, so I would say that at least from my own personal experience, it's safe to try if that's what you'd like to do. They do seem to offer a satisfaction guarantee, which may give some peace of mind. This Ecdysterone Complex may be worth a try for those that have an established routine, but have otherwise plateaued in some aspects of their development. Once you have your calories, protein, and creatine locked in and you feel ready to try something new, maybe give it a shot.

I was hoping for a little more noticeable effect, but not much as of yet. Not too enthusiastic about the prop 65 warning either which warns of possible exposure to lead and mercury. Don't know if I want any more exposure to toxins than one already gets in this modern world.

I've gotten many products from this company and they're always high quality. If you've heard of turkesterone, ecdysterone has similar effects. At the moment, it is much harder for companies to source high purity turkesterone compared to ecdysterone. So even though turk is stronger than ecdysterone, most ecdysterone products contain a higher dosage of active ingredients and should actually provide better results than most of the turkesterone products on the market. At least that's my understanding from the research I've done. There aren't tons of studies on ecdysterone but there are enough to show that it has health benefits for humans and that it helps to improve recovery time and increase muscle synthesis. There are lab results for this exact brand of ecdysterone which you can find online. I only take one capsule a day and I've been doing so for a few months. I believe this product does what it claims to. I would recommend having your diet, sleep, and training all dialed in before trying this product. But assuming you have a solid routine established, I can definitely recommend giving this a try and seeing what results you can get from it. Don't expect anything crazy, but most people can expect to see some results.

Was not happy when I got my product and realized when I read the ingredients that it contains mercury and lead both are known carcinogens that can cause cancer try to contact them to get my money back and send them back to product. Haven’t heard back from Amazon or gorilla.

I find this supplement to be surprisingly effective. I noticed decreased fatigue and faster recovery with the first dose. It is immediately effective. This isn’t one where it requires daily use across weeks to achieve beneficial levels. The bottle arrived safe and prompt, double-sealed. The lid is a child-proof lid. The contents are dry and uniform, and the capsules are clean, no broken ones spilling powder all over like I’ve experienced with other supplements. The taste of the powder in the capsules is sharply bitter, and the powder dissolves very easily and completely in water. I give this one an enthusiastic five stars.
