Camera Umbrella
This umbrella arrives in a blank cardboard box with the umbrella inside of a waterproof bag and that's it.The umbrella itself is much higher quality than I was expecting with it really feeling like it is just a real umbrella scaled down smaller for a camera. It comes with the attachment already on it so it is ready to put directly onto a camera where the flash would be.Overall, fantastic umbrella that actually repels water but it would put the rain directly onto you if you are looking into the camera while having this above your head, which may not be the best solution for everyone.

It's OK
The seams allow a little bit of water to get through, and it's not big enough for it to be particularly useful

Very Limited Utility
I ordered this Camera Hot Shoe Umbrella because it seemed like a decent way to keep my camera from getting wet in the rain.Honestly, I don't know what I was thinking when I pushed the order button. This thing looks absolutely ridiculous when mounted on your camera. Even if you can get past the look of it, even the large size does not extend far enough to provide much in the way of protection. And, when mounted on your camera, it pretty much prevents you from doing much with the camera. You certainly can't hang it from a strap or carry it with a wrist grip. Depending on how you mount it, you may also find that the umbrella will bang into your forehead while you're trying to look through the viewfinder. There is one situation in which this umbrella might be useful, and that's if your camera is mounted on a tripod. If there is light rain that is falling perfectly vertically, the umbrella will keep the rain from hitting your camera. If there is any wind, though, expect the umbrella to add shake, thus eliminating some of the stability you tried to achieve by using a tripod. The umbrella, if used while your camera is mounted on a tripod, might also provide some protection against the heat of the sun. I doubt that I will be using this umbrella on my camera.
