I like theses they work, and you do get a slight height lift, they fit in the shoe ok and are comfortable. They work better in boots I use them for my work boots and some going out boots, for me even though these work in trainers because trainers are generally tighter and lower at the ankle it can make your trainer look too full best to wear an inch longer trouser that goes over the shoe to look the most natuaral

Perfect fit in my size 9 work boots with no trimming needed. They slid right in over my existing foot beds. Very comfortable.

Fit well and feel good. Firm yet forgiving a good balance. I don’t know about height increase? Bought for comfort and support , which they do well. Standard thickness?

Very comfortable lift!

First of all, the product works and works well. Height is boosted by about an inch, and I've used a pair for a while and they haven't flattened or become squished, so they hold up. The major problem (hence why 3 stars), is they are murder on the feet. There is a weird design/indentation on the top where your feet touch and if you stand on it for a long time, it kills your feet. Best idea is to put a thin sole cushion on top so your feet are on something flat and not with a weird indentation.
