Wow! Right out of the box this was easy to use. I plugged it into my phone and it immediately started working. I touched one button to connect my contacts and one button to Start the photo transfer. Just like that my photos were moving and my contacts transferred over in a millisecond! Nothing but good things to say about this product! Now I’m only wishing I bought a bigger size so I could get everything off of my computer too. It comes with a USB connection on one end and a lightning connection on the other end. It also comes with an adapter so you can use it for any Android device. A definite win! Thank you so much for a great product!!

THIS PRODUCT WAS BOUGHT FOR MY PHONE & COMPUTER. MY PHONE WAS LAGING DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF PHOTOS ON IT AND DIDN'T WANT TO DELETE UNTIL I KNEW THEY WERE SAFELY SAVED ON A DEVICE OTHER THAN THE COMPUTER. THE UNIT HOLDS TONS OF PHOTOS SO I ADDED SOME FROM THE COMPUTER ALSO. I WILL DEFINATELY BE GETTING ANOTHER DISK FOR MORE PHOTO STORAGE. PLUS I CAN BRING IT ANYWHERE AND SHARE THE PHOTOS WITH OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS INSTEAD OF ALWAYS PRINTING THEM OUT.

My phone was out of storage so I purchased this and it works great! The only thing I struggled was backup shut down when the screen turned off so I had to keep it on for a long time.

Just plug and go. Instructions booklet is small so may need a magnifying screen to read. There is an app you need to download. Would buy again.

The instructions for iPhone and iPad are very confusing and incomplete. For iPhone, you can only transfer photos and movies, no documents with the required app. For the iPad, the "required" app does not work. However, if you do NOT open the app and just go your iPad Files area, you will see that the flash drive is listed and you can access to transfer photos, movies AND documents.

This flash drive actually can backup all my files from my IPHONE to flash drive.Setup is just Download the Y-DISK APP, then PLUG and PLAY, as I did not have to read all the instructions provided, to backup all my videos, pictures, and documents. The backup from my 256G iphone to 512G Flash drive takes about an hour.I am surprised that it worked, but I think the iPhone have to be unlocked. It will only backup pictures that I have taken, and will not work on any contents from itunes.This is my only second day usage, so far, I am happy with my purchase.The only thing that I do not like is having to remove my Iphone from the case or the lightening connector will not connect properly. I will need to buy an extender.

Very easy to use, works perfectly for storing your photos from iPhone to free memory space and has LOADS of storage. Exactly what I needed.

What a good design, iphone connection with 3 other USB adaption.At long last a method to beable to save those photographs while out and about using your iphone and transfer using any of the other USB connections, glad I found and purchased it.
