Can anyone confirm the actual current (amp) usage @ 12v? Says 300W = 25amps, but unlikely given it's size. Can anyone please confirm?

It is NOT drawing that much current, I own this product on my SxS and have a 10 amp inline fuse for it. I think they are saying it is equivalent to 300w. So it's under 10 amps.

Why is there no clear information about length of wiring???

I'd have to say the wires are approximately 12 in in length. I don't have the light here with me. It's on my boat but that's my recollection.

What amp relay would i need running it 12volt from a car battery?

You need a relay. A simple switch with a -0a fuse will do the job just fine and require far less work. The bar draws under 5 amps so a 7.5-10a fuse is what you’d want.

How is this wired in? Is a separate wiring harness required?

Black wire goes from negative on battery or metal frame to the light bar. Red wire goes from positive on battery to a rocker switch then to the light bar, preferably with an in-line 10amp fuse directly after the battery before the rocket switch. If this sounds complicated then maybe watch YouTube or do not attempt to do it as incorrect wiring can cause an overloaded vehicle battery which can explode battery acid everywhere.
