These ice packs are a little different than the ones I've previously had. They are a fabric type material rather than plastic and they can be frozen or heated in the microwave. There are specific instructions for heating and they include a plastic bag to place them in for the freezer. Also included are straps to hold the ice pack in place which is very cool and helpful. One more thing - they are dinosaurs! Super cute design. Overall a great product!

These ice packs are great! As a matter of fact, you can use them as a hot pack as well but heating in the microwave. They are very soft and have a built in fabric sleeve to make it easy to slip on and stay in place on little fingers and arms. It also included 2 elastic straps with Velcro that can be used to keep the ice packs on bigger areas such as a knee or head. My grandkids love them and ask for them any time they have a boo boo now. To be honest, I have used them too for my hand and also when I had a headache. I just strapped it on my head so it would stay in place. I haven't tried heating them but they hold the cold well. I would recommend for anyone but especially those with kids. Great product at a great price!

I have three little kids, so there are frequent boo boos in our house. It's great to have a small army of boo boo packs ready to serve at a moment's notice. The low price per pack makes them a great value. They're durable and the design is so cute that my four-year-old tried to wear them as headbands, bracelets, etc. Using the provided elastic bands. But the bands are definitely a great addition to keep the packs in place for boo boo soothing as well.

Cutest little ice packs that are so soft! They are made with an outer layer of soft fabric vs those plastic pokey ice packs so they are so much more comfortable and user friendly. Each one has its own design and each has fabric on the back you can run the Velcro strap through if you want to leave the ice pack on a certain place while you move around so you don’t have to hold it with I think is a brilliant idea! My kids are always bumping into things and bruising themselves and they always run to the freezer for an ice pack so instead of those bulky hard ice packs they can now use these soft comfort ice packs instead. These will get a lot of use in my house, great product, made really well with comfort in mind too. Love these

These heat/ice packs are too cute and the perfect distraction for headaches and minor scrapes and bumps. The straps attached to each dino pack can comfortable fit over my 3 yos arms and lower legs. Any child over 4 will have difficulty wearing them without using the extender straps that come with the set.The two straps are well made and I have high hopes we'll be able to use them for quite some time. My 8 yo loves the straps because it means that they get to use the cute ice/heat packs too.We've only used them as ice pack so far. The packs get cold enough to provide relief but not so cold my 3 yo resisted using it.

These are not as cold as the ones we have that are made with plasticky feeling outer liner, maybe it’s because these are made for kids, more gentle. In my opinion the size is a bit too small, can not fully cover forehead, and they are kinda stiff. But they look cute, and help with cooling to a degree after stored in freezer.
