But no, seriously, it's tiny. It's adorable. It's perfect for what it's marketed for and works wonders for crushing medications and doesn't leave much left behind. It rests firmly in the palm of your hand for easy use and, while the outside of the pestle is smooth, it isn't slippery nor is the entire thing heavy. I bought it for my older parents for use with some problem medications (seriously, how do doctors think that these horse pills, as I've always heard the big ones called, work for those with problems swallowing said horse pills) and it's been a boon.

Perfect size & a quality marble piece. Price was excellent & it’s really pretty. Also smooth. Have used it several times to crush up my pills to make them easier to dissolve in water. Great buy!

Used it today to crush my dogs’ pills as she only does oral liquid or dissolved meds in syringe. It's perfect size for this, although wish the pestle was a little bigger as it's a bit awkward to manipulate. But small it’s a small inconvenience as it does the job very well so the powder can be dissolved into a liquid. It comes with a round seven-day pill carrier just day or night and pill cutter, which is nice, but I don't need, but still a nice gesture. Great price and would purchase again. Picture for size scale.

It does its job. It is very small. And the crusher holds some of the medication and gets stuck on it. I would have given it five stars if that wasn't the case. You have to spend time cleaning in between uses.To make sure the residue is off.

This was well made and held up very well. It was easy to clean. It grinds pill very well and with little effort. It made grind medicine very easy. It also came with a brush to help get whatever you grind out of the bowl. This made grinding medicine much easier then with the grinder I was given for the hospital. We used this for many months without issue. I can not recommend it enough.

This looks really nice. I don't have a problem with it being small like others do. It's the perfect size to me. My issue is that certain pills are so hard to crush, especially without cutting them first. While trying to crush them, the pills jump out. That was my biggest issue with it. Once, a pill jumped out and we only found it the next day in some crevice we would've never thought to look at. Sometimes even after cutting, they are difficult to mash.

Small but is perfect for crushing small pills or caplets.
