Bought this for my 6 year old grandson. This thing is amazing. He loves it. It's fast. Does tricks, lights up. It's great!

Great RC toy
The media could not be loaded. This is a cool RC excavator. Initially, some of the remote buttons didn't work, but the company sent a replacement within 2 days of submitting a return request.We still have to return the original RC excavator, but the company replaced it so soon, and without returning it. Why is this cool? Because it was my son's 4th birthday gift and he had just gotten it, so it was really hard to explain why I had to return the thing he's been asking for... for a year... maybe more.Bottom line... yes I'm impressed. Great toy... talk to the company if you have issues with the toy.

Great customer service!
Our first order of this product had a broken part. Representatives had sent an email to check out satisfaction and upon hearing of the issue immediately shipped a new one completely free. They were responsive, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. This is the best and easiest product issue solution I've experienced on Amazon. Thank you to the folks who helped us; my son was thrilled with this toy!

Not kid friendly
Got it and put 2 AA batteries in remote. Charged both batteries and installed and turned on switch. Did not work. Tried to get batteries out of dozer but compartment would not reopen. Not for a kid. Too complicated

Frustrated
It broke with one use. Track came off and can not be put on. Now being told return window closed. Think time to go back to stores. Need to add to story. The company issued a refund. And stated would improve it. The little boy that had received the toy loved it. I feel speaks well of the company that they responded and gave me a refund.

Really Fun, Wrist Remote Did Not Work
Super fun, hand remote works well. Plays music and can go in multiple different directions. After charging the wrist remote for hours, we could never get it to pair. That was the main reason we purchased this car, so my daughter is super disappointed.

And it comes charged!! bought for 10 year old and all the guys in the family were operating the night away! Durable and the lights it has is pretty neat!
