Easy to install and worked great
Was able to replace in 15 minutes without removing the arm. When the bolts are loosened, the step will drop down and make space to remove the long bolts

Better than new
The motor was difficult to change because our steps were stuck in. Once we solved that problem, the rest was fairly easy. The new motor is so quiet and works better than when it was new. I would definitely recommend this motor.

I did it myself!
Spent about a hour on my back but it was actually an easy repair. You might have heard my screams of joy when the step actually worked! Probably saved a couple hundred dollars.
