I bought these nose pieces to replace a nose piece that fell off my son’s Oakley prescription glasses. They fit perfectly. As others have mentioned, you just need to wiggle the nose piece in a circular motion over the stem to get it to settle into place. My son said the nose piece is soft and comfortable.

There are different types of nose pieces for the different models of Oakley. They are somewhat of a pain to get them in the right way, but overall easy to replace. Would recommend.

I purchased these, even though there were mixed reviews on fitment for Oakley Socket 5.5. The secret to installation is place them in position aligned with the slotted hole and rub the nose piece in small circles. The silicon tab will work itself into position. Be patient because they do fit. Forcing it just causes frustration. Hope this helps those having difficulty.

4 stars for the product, with one star removed because it is extremely difficult to install. 1 star for the overall experience because the size is misrepresented. I wanted a larger size than tiny, but even though it came in a package labeled 16mmx8mm, the actual size is only 14mmx7mm. They are soft and cushiony, but the small size digs into my nose too much. Cost/value is good; in fact, cost was too low to consider a return. Will try to use these on my spare glasses.
