Instant Calmer Healing Pad, Mini Oblong

This is a great heating pad. Mine is the oblong with six jade stones - which are about 1" in diameter - they're pretty large.It's just a nice cozy heat somewhat like a regular heating pad, but in other ways which are hard to explain, it's different. One thing is it's bulkier than a regular heating pad, so it doesn't bend as readily, but it's great for really sinking into those sore spots and areas that are really achy. I have FMS and it's been a big help for my achy joints when I feel bad and have time to rest.This heating/healing pad has a long strip with velcro so that you can hold it where it needs to stay. It also has an extra long cord so you can walk around the room if you want to - I don't, but I have forgotten I was connected and gotten up to walk away, and oops! LOLI recommend this heating pad highly!

This is my second therasage unit.I have to send the mini oblong one back. For some reason they over stuffed it with poly fill so full that you cannot bend it so only 2 jade stones actually touch.....the rest of the pad is so stiff it candelevers over into the air making the rest of the pad ineffective.

I bought this pad because of its small size, wishing to place it on my neck (when I get one of my head/neck aches). It fits the neck area pretty well, and I think the stones provide a comfortable heat. It is a bit "lumpy" when lying on my back; the only drawback I can see.

If you are looking for a heating pad, infrared is the way to go and this is an excellent one to buy. I use it on my knee, my back and my shoulders. You do have to work with the velcro strap to make it work for the various body parts but it is definitely worth it. And there is plenty of research verifying that infrared heat is best for penetration into the body, so if you aren't sure do a couple of quick searches.

I did not even open it and was returning other things so I put it the return box..I had assumed it was mini, bur not so mine for me....lso, I wanted soft and cushy, and it was hard...I did not really open it or use it b/c I knew from the feel it would not work for me...

It's a little uncomfortable and the velcro belt will put snags in some shirts; it sticks to everything. I do get some relief with my sciatica after use; however, after only a couple dozen uses, it only gets barley warm. I can not recommend the product.

To small...was not represented correctly in picture on your site. Works okay, but would prefer larger one for the price.
