Ottertex Vinyl Fabric Faux Leather Pleather Upholstery 54" Wide by The Yard (Beige)

Remodeled my living room and needed to recover the seat cushions of a bench to match the new grey leather furniture in the room. This faux leather material worked perfectly for this purpose. The seat cushions are attractive and look rich in color; advertised color was also consistent with description. Material was easy to work with and did not tear when I stretched it to make it snug on the existing cushions. Also, the faux leather was thick enough to mask the original color and texture of the original wool mauve color of the seats. This was mine and my mother's first time covering seat cushions and guests are impressed with the results. Delivery was prompt and packaging was good. I will be ordering more for other seats I need to recover. The price was also more reasonable than the prices I quoted at several fabric stores. I've attached a pic so that all can judge for themselves.

I love the color of the vinyl as it matches the original color perfectly. Had a good cloth backing on the underside of it too.

Great value for price. Easy to work with, nice texture, and rich color. I ordered 1 yard and the product came folded so I was concerned about all of the wrinkles. I wrapped the cut around a large roll of wrapping paper and left it for 48 hours on the hot porch. This got about 90% of the wrinkles out and the rest relaxed on their own within a few days. If you’re not doing apholstery or other projects that require stretching, it might be good to allow for this extra time in your project. Since shipping things in tubes is expensive and has higher packaging waste, and since this workaround was effective, I’m happy with this purchase, and of course, the price was excellent.

The fabric is high quality, well made and the shade of purple was perfect. The reason this does not get 5 stars is they FOLDED the fabric to ship. I have a large cardboard tube for instances such as these and the wrinkles have nearly stretched out but this is a MAJOR faux pas for transporting vinyl.

I wanted to cover my footstool and this was perfect. It sewed well on my old sewing machine, and it cleans up nicely. I had some left over and covered my desk chair also. Very happy with it.

My dining chairs vinyl had popped due to wear n tear so I gave it a new face lift. Can you tell which one is original chair and which one I resurfaced? This is a perfect product and color for my re-upholstery. Thank you.
