My opening is 7’7. Will this work?

the rollers are what are stopped not the panels, make two panels 87 12" you can have you panels hanging past the arms

Can this be shortened if needed?

you have to cut it yourself to meet you need .

Where can I purchase the door that’s in the picture because I seen it’s not included

why? we need doors as well, how about telling us a place to get them,

I have a 6' 3" door. Can I just mount the rollers slightly further in towards the middle of the door to make this track work?

yes , I think it's a good idea .
