Orient Electric Arc Plus 1.5kw |Immersion water heater|100% shock proof body|Heavy copper element|With Bucket clip| ISI certified | 2 years replacement warranty

Good product with the price. Safe and secure product. Make sure You have powerplug to connect this other wise normal plug will get hot and plastic get melt on the socket. Takes 10 to 20 minutes to Make the water hot for about 7 or 8 litres . Never felt any issues . Has good Quality coil and Has power plug (Large size Socket like Ac Plug )

It does its work, I bought this in winter and it takes about 15 minutes for 1 bucket of water to get hot. I was expecting less time to heat up a bucket of water but as its winter I can still give it a benefit of doubt. Easy to use!

I bought the Orient Electric Arc Plus 1.5kW immersion water heater for regular household use, and overall I’m satisfied with its performance. It heats water reasonably quickly and is convenient for use with a bucket, especially during colder days. The heavy copper heating element feels sturdy, and the bucket clip is a useful addition as it helps keep the heater positioned properly during use. The body also feels well made, and the overall construction gives a good impression of durability. The 1.5kW power rating is suitable for normal household water-heating needs, and the compact design makes it easy to store when not in use. The ISI certification and 2-year replacement warranty are also reassuring features. As with any immersion heater, it is important to follow the safety instructions carefully, keep electrical connections away from water, and never touch the water or heater while it is connected to power. Cord lenght could be more which will be helpfull.

I've been using this for months now and it works really well. I've experienced nothing wrong till the day. It is very safe to use and heats water quickly and the rod isn't corrosive. Cord length is appropriate and it's portable as well

I am extremely disappointed with this Orient Electric heater. I purchased it in June 2026, and the product became faulty within a short period of time. After contacting customer care and raising a service request, I had to follow up repeatedly. Even after all this, Orient Electric has informed me that the replacement process will take another 10–14 business days. For a recently purchased product, making a customer wait this long for a replacement is completely unacceptable. The product quality is disappointing, and the customer service experience has been even worse. Getting a proper response and timely resolution has been frustrating. I purchased this expecting reliability from a reputed brand, but this experience has been a complete letdown. Think twice before buying Orient Electric products. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
