I rec'd this heat mask for my eyes promptly. As soon as I opened the box I loved the color, softness & style. It fit comfortably on my face & could be adjusted. At that point I was very satisfied with my purchase. However, when I followed the instructions for the 1st time heating, it came out barely warm & by the time I quickly fastened the mask to my eyes their was no heat whatsoever. I read the instructions again & then repeated the process with the same results. So I increased the microwave time, but this really didn't help & what little warmth was generated was quickly lost. My microwave is 1000 watts & is working fine so I didn't feel that was the issue. Since this product failed to work, I decided to return it & shop for another brand as a replacement.

I suffer from dry eyes & my one lid doesn’t close completely when I sleep. So this works great for me. I like to put in microwave for 15 seconds for a little relief for my eye.

These eye pads work for my tired and dry eyes. I put both of the pads in the microwave at 10 seconds, tested, and then put them in another 10 seconds. Then I put them on the velcro strap and put it on my head. The velcro in the back of the strap was good and held tight. I would recommend you mark where to put the pads so they fit over your eyes perfectly before heating them up. The pads are flexible, though so it works anyway. They were a nice moist heat that was very relaxing. I had it on for 10 mins and then the temperature dropped sharply after that.

Ebenfalls ist alles super schnell bereit.Mir persönlich tut die Maske gut, ich habe schon lange Probleme mit trockenen, gereizten Augen.
