Q: Will this relieve soreness when I do pushups? Would It also help increase my pushup count?

The wrap will stabilize your wrist. Unless your soreness is caused by support muscles helping you balance from there, I couldn't see the wrap relieving any soreness--and if that was the source, it would be really minor relief. If you can't push up well because your wrists are weak, it may help your increase your count. However, it would be better to build the wrist strength to do the push-ups. These shine if you've had wrist injury or are lifting some really heavy weight with bench, curls, or another weighted exercise that requires you to lock or control your wrists, like the previous answering person referenced.
