Great item. I came down with Bells Palsy. After starting my medication from the doctor. I saw this item and decided to order one. As soon as it arrived I started using it on my face. While using it I could feel the tightness of the affected muscle in my face. Using this item several times a day over a period of a couple of weeks the muscle had loosened and my face is back to normal. I've since ordered two more. One which I will bring to my doctor and show him. it may help others having Bells Palsy..

Amazing. Seriously, buy this. It is the best back massage I’ve ever had. I have trouble with my wrists and hands and can’t massage my husband’s back for very long. This is small and easily fits in my hand. I can give him a great massage without pain. He massaged my back with it as well and it’s phenomenal! I would definitely buy this again and I’ve recommended it to my family.

Love this. Helped loosen the knots in my back after 5-7 days of consistent use. It also has a hole for you to add massage oils or lotions in, which is great. Only taking a star off cause it's not something you can really use on yourself- need to have someone do it for you if you want to feel any pressure. Tried pressing my back on it against the floor and rolling around, which jabbed me in the back and that hurt, lol.But... Great product overall though! Also very pretty design.

Okay so you can go get a super nice one for $50+ or just buy this one, save a bunch of money, and get the same result! A friend of mine had one of those nice ones and I HAD to get one, how good it feels and the ease! But when I saw the price I was thinking that I’ll try a cheaper one and I am not disappointed! And my hubby is happy because I’ll give him more massages now because it doesn’t hurt my hands :)

Let me tell you this is a great product for weightlifters experiencing shoulder impingement. I had an impingement of the left shoulders for a few months. I had an MRI and it revealed that, although the structure was intact, I had a little bit of fluid in the shoulder and bicep areas. My doctor recommended physical therapy. That same night, I bought this massage ball and started using immediately. The next day I my shoulder and bicep felt much better. I kept using it for a few more days, and I felt so great that I never went to physical therapy. This product really works!

This little massager is pretty awesome! Wasn't expecting much but it works great at massaging neck and shoulders! I actually purchased it to help me during labor as I had horrible back labor with my first child. Haven't had a chance to use it during labor just yet but will try to update once that happens!

First off, my diabetic roommate and I have purchased just about anything you could think of, from different muscle creams and wraps, chair massagers, shoulder massagers, rolling massagers.. you name it. I came across this (and for the price) I figured why heck not give it a try? And WOW! The knots in his shoulders and back loosen up so easily and quickly. It fits perfectly in your hand and is very durable. Imagine a marble, it's like a huge marble in a heavy duty handheld holder, so easy to use. It is his now, first option to go for. The marble like ball is not plastic nor glass either. With a lubricant or lotion, yes it will glide easier but works fine just alone, in my opinion. For the price and quality, I am so satisfied and happy and happy I came across this product. If you have knots that "need to be worked out", I'd highly recommend trying. I'm looking into more of the company's products as what they wrote about the product was absolutely correct and it arrived exactly on time. Thank you for this product!

I saw this on a Buzzfeed list “best amazon products under $5” & had to give it shot! My husband & I make bets & for years the winner always gets a massage..well, 2 young kids later & by the time we sit down @ night we are both exhausted & getting the oil out inevitably quit happening. NOW....I’m glad to say that this Mama is getting her rubs again!!! It takes little to no effort for him to run this over my body & it feels amazing! Honestly, it feels just as good as if he were using his hands. Oh & FYI...you can convince your toddler it’s a car & he can drive it all over your back, VRoom VRooooom! You’re welcome hahaha 😉

it does help when rolled but if pressure is added, the skin gets pinched between rim and ball
