Larger than a military duffel and sits higher than other rollers: downside is it won't fit in some lockers, stack with duffels, etc., upside is it's easier to fit bulky kit. Top straps extend so a duffel can be lashed to and rolled with it. Foam paneling adds a little weight but allows bag to keep it's shape when empty so it can be used like a foot locker. Hauled 70-80 lbs in bag and rolled duffel on top with no issues.
