Very good camera for home security. Video quality is clear, night vision works well, and mobile app connectivity is easy. Installation was simple, and I can monitor my home remotely without any issues. Overall, a good product at this price range. Recommended

Pathetic product
Almost every other day the camera needs to be restarted to connect. Purchased their online cloud plan but has to restart the camera every other day to monitor remotely. Also the initial setup is not working properly.

Need one app for all Trueview cameras
I bought this camera hoping my previous Trueview camera and this can be manged from one app only but was disappointed to discover that we need separate app for this camera. Now I'm stuck with 2 apps in my mobile for using camera from same company. It sucks hope they integrate this in future. Camera performance is better than previous one though.

Good product worth the price paid
Considering the price i paid - Rs 1114 this product delivering superb quality and performance. 1. App is good. Smooth. 2. Device works flawlessly all day and night 3. Night vision works 💯 beautifully Cons 1. Probably no mode to disable the camera for certain period of time 2. Although the box says 30 days of free trial of cloud, i didnot find it. 3. Field of view is not great. Difficult to find a place where i can keep the camera and still it can see all over the room. To so surveillance, you need to move the camera head with the joysticks / start auto rotation. I wanted a camera which has wide field of view. This one having straight field of view. But this is not a complain rather a feature. If you need wide angle camera, check other possiblities 4. Vertical tilt of the camera head is only 55 degrees. Check other camera. I have seen few outthere from trueview itself worth rs 999 and having 110 degrees of movement which would be better Overall its a nice product considering me buing a cctv camera first time.

Delivering Defect Items.. Dont buy Trueview Cctv cameras.
Not go for truview cameras, worst experienve Defect item receivedon 11.07.2026, infrared and lights are not working. Camera lens scratched. Item eligible for replacement upto 21.07.2026,but AMAZON and Trueviw brand not provided replacement instead of that ask us to contact manufactured for repair. Given customer service contact number is not responding.
