Good work out with these band s, doing squat's , sit ups and other various exercises . But disappointed as the red band snapped, other than that, very prompted delivery and good value

bought for my son-in-law, an ex soldier, to help his fitness regime. affordable and good quality, he was delighted with them

When i first purchased this item, on recommendation of a friend, i was thrilled as it would allow me to workout as and when i wanted. However, only after using it twice the 'red' band snapped in half. I am glad to say that the responce on replacing it was great! Unfortunately, soon after a further 3 uses another 2 bands snapped and the 'black' one is wearing thin in the middle too! I have put in two complaints and have asked for a 'full' replacement set as i figured that maybe i was just unlucky and was given a faulty batch, especially as my friend has had no problems with hers. That being said, to date I have not heard anything further and have since requested that I have a 'full' refund - alas I am still waiting for either to be settled. Therefore, at this stage, I am not a happy customer...

This set is fine for low level exercise but no good if you want quality high end exercise I have had the equipment 2 weeks and broke the red band all ready and the ankle straps are very harsh on the skin

Excellent product. I use it daily when out in the car, attaching to the boot hook, and I the evening from door handles. I have a severely damaged shoulder and this is building muscle back adding support. Different strength bands mean family can make use of as well.Very pleased with product and service.

First four bands too weak to be of any use. May be ok for a child. Not much scoop for improvement in the remaining bands. Had hoped for a bit more of a challange. OK for anyone recovering from injury who require a gentle workout.
