Review: Great Addition to my Generator - I have a duel fuel generator in my shed in the yard. My power goes out to the shed from the house using a #6 wire. ( I previously had a pool filter which was supplied by power from the shed) I'm using the only connection to the house to run power from the generator back to the house. The issue was CO build up in the shed which would shut down the generator. Alas!!!! Along comes Zombie Box with a external exhaust tube to connect and run exhaust out of the shed; brilliant! (wish I had thought of it!) I order the muffler kit, which arrived as advertised, and hooked it up. (See photos) The muffler doesn't get too hot on the outside so it's really safe. I was worried because I have a grand daughter who could come in contact if she was over here and it was running. Also worried about CO but the exhaust tube works great. I added muffler sealer paste and two layers of Tiger Tape muffler sealer. I close the shed, run the unit and no CO build up. This is great for keeping my generator out of the weather and protected from the elements. No more moving it around!
Review: Divert The sounds where you want - I wouldn't say a quiet system very much maybe a little bit but definitely diverse the sound in the direction that you choose you could also make a steel enclosure or stone put some rock wall in front of it diverting the sounds that helps a lot but overall in my generator shed controlling where I want the exhaust to go very helpful

## Features

- THE ORIGINAL: All others are knockoff of the Zombiebox universal generator exhaust extension kit. 3 Universal adapters allow for connection to any generator, for safe venting of exhaust fumes from a DIY enclosure or space, like a garage or shed. Fits MOST portable generator makes and models! Some modification of the adapter may be required. 3 adapter styles included for you to find the perfect fit: including slip-on, bolt on and collector style. With gaskets.
- MULTIPLE WAYS TO INSTALL: The exhaust adapter bolts onto the generator's stock muffler outlet. DOES NOT REPLACE THE MUFFLER! Self-drilling screws are included for generator mufflers that don’t have holes or holes that don’t line up to mount the generator exhaust adapter, otherwise you can use generator’s original bolts. 5 inch hole recommended for wall mount bracket. NOTE: mounting holes might not line up to the muffler you have - NO WORRIES - use the supplied self drilling screws to attach it directly to the muffler or shroud.
- RUST FREE INDUSTRIAL MATERIALS: Made from industrial-grade aluminized steel alloy, galvanized sheet metal, and powder-coated parts to prevent corrosion and rust. Includes: 3 styles of universal muffler adapters, 2 clamps, 1 flexible hose, 1 glass pack, 1 wall mounting plate.
- IMPROVED EFFICIENCY & AIRFLOW: Engineered for efficiency and maximum engine performance. No engine back pressure allows for safe venting of exhaust fumes from an enclosure, shed, or barrier. Prevents carbon monoxide buildup and shutoff problems in DIY enclosures. This kit will change the tone of the stock exhaust noise IT WILL NOT MAKE IT MAGICALLY QUIET. For more noise reduction, purchase a ZHut Zombiebox Acoustic barrier.
- THE ORIGINAL EXHAUST EXTENSION: Invented and perfected in the USA, Zombiebox is the first and best generator exhaust extension for portable generators. Minimal thermal transfer to wall or enclosure. (*Only when enclosed in a ZombieBox, shed, or outbuilding will it make the exhaust noise quieter). ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exactly what I Wanted and Needed
*by O***L on June 3, 2024*

Exact fit for my FirmanT08072 Tri-fuel Generator. I have my generator in my shed and needed the exhaust vented outdoors. Heavy Duty, Quality material that is Engineered for a correct fit. The only negative I could dig up was the lack of a gasket. I bought Hi Temp gasket material and made one. NP. Installation was a breeze. Highly recommend this unit, if it fits your requirements.
