Product is good - Delivery not so good
I’m happy with this product and it is as expected. However, I don’t understand why it was shipped using the US Postal Service instead of the regular Amazon truck. I live in an apartment complex & the USPS doesn’t deliver to the door. So I had to go pick it up from the post office myself. I don’t order from Amazon so I have to go pick up things. I could have went to a store if I were able to do that. It was very inconvenient.I just think of people who are completely unable to go get larger items. Especially elderly or disabled. Please note this to your shipping department.FYI: I ordered 2 of these shelves and the smaller one did get delivered to my door.I gave 5 stars, because the product is good, but I just thought I should let you know in case you want to double check procedures in shipping.Thank you
