I ordered this using a photo of my mom and me dancing at my wedding, and the finished crystal turned out absolutely beautiful. The image looks clear and detailed inside the crystal, and the 3D effect makes the moment feel even more special. This crystal photo looked way better than I expected. I got the small one, and the measurements matched the description. The crystal photo is made of quality plastic? I’m not sure it’s really crystal, but I only scanned the Amazon description so I don’t know for sure. I bought these (I ordered the extra one for half off, I believe. You are offered the choice to order a second or not. I’m glad I did) as gifts for my brother and niece. These crystal photos exceeded my expectations and are definitely worth the price. The price in the description is deceiving. You end up paying more as u fill out the customization. Nevertheless, I’d order them again.

So walking thru the mall I fell in luv with these 3D images. My daughter stopped me from buying one then and there and told me to look online. Boy I am sure glad I did!!! The price was a lot more affordable, or at least gave me a chance to order more of them. I put in my order very quick and easy. I swear as soon as I did the next day it was delivered on my porch. I opened the box and found myself yet again overly surprised on what a beautiful box it was in. The picture was elegant. I am so impressed and pleased, I will definitely be ordering one for anyone I need to get a gift for……and a few with my fav pics for myself!!! Awesome price! Unbelievable speed! Gorgeous packaging, and such a personal heartwarming beautiful way to have of your loved ones! Ps the pics don’t really give it justice!

My father asked me to set this up for my mother for valentines day. The process was very simple and easy. I purchased the small one *WITHOUT a light up base (this is important for later). It arrived fast and was packaged well. I had no idea this was created by a small business until it had some stickers on the box saying "thanks for supporting my small business!" Which made this all even better. Upon opening the box i noticed a letter from the business saying that they had gifted me the led light up base for FREE! they made this gift even better. The crystal itself was in a beautiful unmarked gift box and included everything i needed to present this in the best way possible. I wish there wouldve been an added disclaimer the warned about how dark or black parts of a picture would be essentially invisible (and there definitely couldve been this warning and i may have just completely missed it!) even with that said, i held in up in some light and i noticed that i CAN see all the dark details i thought were lost. Love it thank you.

I have never ordered anything like this before and was very nervous about how it would turn out but I am so glad I got this as it is absolutely amazing! The quality and the details are excellent and is such a wonderful piece to honor our late kiddy. The size is perfect and the lighted base makes the image even more stunning! Also extremely fast processing and shipping for a custom item - I recieved my item in 3 days of ordering and item is packed securely in a beautifulgift box. I have included the original picture I submitted for my order as well for comparison. I will definitely be ordering more of these from 3D LovePix very soon! Seller might ask you to cancel your order multiple times then send it to you without the writing on it. Weird experience but the image looks good.

The 3D picture is not very clear and it looks fuzzy. The light base is cheap and can't be turned on or off. I am very disappointed. Had one done by a different company and there is no comparison in the two. I have to say that the company responded back and very quickly did what they could to rectify the situation.

This crystal frame is gorgeous, especially put on the LED lights. Look from the back, you can see the photo turning. It’s amazing! It’s a perfect gift! And the seller shipped it very quickly! Highly recommended!
