(Note: Project count will vary based on size of garment and amount of dye used. Dyes will appear darker on damp fabric prior to washing and will naturally lighten after laundering.) Works best on 100% cotton, linen, ramie and rayon; wool, silk and polyester/cotton mixes will dye to lighter shades. Recommended for use with High Efficiency washing machines only. It did not die anything black. It just gave them a little more black. So all the black clothes have the same different black still. Not happy

This dye is great for its ease of use and color fastness. You just throw the color pod in the wash with your items you want dyed, and the washing machine takes care of the mess. Just run the washer again afterward to clean the system, and they come out bright and colorful. One pod per four items, give or take. Great quality dye. And it just works well.
