Slowest laptop ever
I got this laptop for my online classes to replace my old one.This was the worst choice I’ve ever made.The laptop is slow to the extreme. It took about 15 minutes to open a web page, and even longer to turn off.After noticing that everything was slow, I decided to erase my information and start the return process. Boy oh boy! From 3pm-6 ish pm the laptop was on “ Updates are underway. Please keep your computer on. " I’m not exaggerating, about 3h for a " new " laptop to go back to factory settings.Please look elsewhere if you wanna waste your time and money.

Package was received damaged !!!
Tried to overlook the box being horribly damaged. Yet the computer does not work! It’s slow and majority of the time won’t turn on! I don’t know if this is from damage from the box. But I’ve tried to stick it out. But will be returning this today!!! I’ve reached out for the past week and got no response on how to go about it. Don’t buy!!

feels cheaper than it is constanly disconnects from internet
i thought it was going to be slower honestly. ill give it credit for running with multiple tabs open without lagging fan hasn't even kicked on once yet but honestly, the build quality is gross all around just feel extremely cheap. will probably return it and spend a bit more for something that doesn't feel so cheap in the hands.

Don’t buy this laptop
It worked for about a week, then the screen just went blank. All I get is a white screen. The bad part is trying to send something back through Amazon. They claimed a ups driver would pick it up. I don’t have a printer to print out shipping labels. Think I’m done with Amazon.
