3 machines not working
I've bought three machines of this and non of them worked. There is an issue with the airlock, which prevents the machine from setting up.I was able to workout one machine after hours of wiggling the airlock, but its grinder broke down the second time I used it.REALLY DISAPPOINTING!!

Very bad experience
Very bad experience with coffee machine I have ever used, frothing milk is not working and milk is coming our from the crema system very cold with no foam at all, tried to reach customer service via mail with no feedback

عن المكينه
المكينه جيده جدا من ناحية جودت التصنيع وسرعة وجاهزيتها وايضا سرعة طحنها للابن يحتاج تعدل في البدايه الطحن البن لباسكت السينقل وعند الضغط للدبل لحالها تضبط جرعة باسكت الدبل عند تجهيزه ، الغريب في الامر ممكن يشوف الناس ان المكينه لاتعمل في البدايه هذا طبيعي كون من الممكن يوجد بداخل مواسيرها هواء ، تضيء الماكينه على مؤشر الشاي يتم الضغط عليه مرار وتكرار والمحاوله من جديد غالبا 5 الى 10 دقائق وبعد ذلك تعمل الماكينه ، عيبها الوحيد هو التبخير من عصى التبخير وهيه لكميه قليله من الحليب لكوب واحد فقط للاسف وليست الماكينه معده لكوبين حليب اي ٣٠٠ مل ، تستطيع تبخير ١٥٠ مل الى١٨٠ فقط وهذا عيبها، من خلال تجربتي الشخصيه عصى التبخير مع السخان الخاص بعصى التبخير لم يخدمني بشكل صحيح ولا يعمل بشكل جيد بينما بقيت خواصها تعمل معي واستطيع ان اقول ممتازه في كل شيء ماعدا عصى التبخير يوجد فيها عيب مصنعي ، والكونتينر الخاص بالحاليب الاوتوماتيك اراه غير عملي على الاطلاق ، لا تأخذ كلامي بالحساب انصح بتجربة الماكينه بعناية قبل شرائها ومن الممكن ان الشركه قامت بتحديث وصليح جميع العيوب التي في النسخ السابقه حاولو اخذ ماكينه حديثة الصنع والتصدير ، بحيث لا يكون داخلها تكلسات بسبب بقاء الماء داخلها اثناء التجربه وايضا عيوب اخرى ، عن نفسي قمت بطلب استيعادت الاموال وسترجلع الماكينه للوكيل الخاص لدينا في الامارات وقمت باخذ الاصدار الاقل وهو بريستيجيو .
