Amazing wireless PC headset!
I took a gamble with this one, since it's a new product and not much reviews out there to truly gauge this one, but I'm glad I did. In short, these are great headsets for PC! But here are some specific details that stood out for me and some cons (very minor).Build Quality:I love the texture on the plastic, kinda like a matte finish with slightly sanded surface. No smooth plastics here. I was worried the plastic may feel cheap, but I don't feel that way. I'm not sure if they are reusing the parts from their wired gaming headsets, but one complaint I saw from reviewers were that the plastic felt cheap on their previous gaming headsets, this is not the case with this one. I got the grey one, which I love. One thing to note is that the grey looks more white in the photos and videos online, but in person its more grey, which I actually like. This doesn't look like it will get dirty easily, due to that texture. The main point about build quality for me is the weight. It was one the main reason I chose this over the Audeze Maxwell. It's really light and I can easily do couple of hours without noticing it. I do believe you might have to compromise a little bit on sound quality and a little bit more on battery life but for me these were ok to deal with and frankly as long as I can go for 8 hrs without charging I'm golden. This one gets close to 30 hrs.Sound:For a wireless headset, these sound amazing. I'm happy with it. Out of the box it did require some tuning. I have a Dolby Access license on Windows 11, and it helped a lot. It needed a bit of tuning mainly for music, but for gaming out of the box it performed great. But like I said, the Dolby Access helped open up the sound a bit more. Highly recommend that app for this headset.Comfort:Clamp force is optimal, I was able to easily adjust the headset to my liking. The top head cushion is great! The ear cushions are soft and nice as well, however they do tend to get warm. This would mainly be a issue during the summer. My entire ears fit in nice and arent too tight inside the ear cushions. The depth is also optimal, my ear's isn't touching the drivers.Firmware/Software:The only software beyerdynamic has out for this headset is an update hub, which is a small program that basically updates the firmware. One thing to note is that the dongle and headset each needed to be updated separately. I used a wired usb connection to update my headset and then inserted the dongle, which the program said needs to be updated as well. There program had no issues recognizing the device. Though Windows 11 gave me a bit of an issue. The USB type C did not work directly with PC, I had to use the USB-C to USB-A adapter that was provided for Windows 11 to recognize it. Once I updated the dongle firmware, I was able to use USB-C directly without needing the adapter. Of course this only matter if you have a USB-C connector in your PC, if not you're gonna need to use the adapter which should work outta the box.Overall I love these, the sound quality, weight, battery and comfort make this a 5 start product for me. One minor con for me was the tuning, like I said I used Dolby Access on Windows 11 to fix it, after which is sounds amazing. It wasn't a big enough reason for me to ding them since the sound outta the box was great, and was perfect specifically for games, but just lacked that slight punch for music.Note: If you're using the product in Windows 11, make sure to turn off the Audio enhancements under Sound Settings for this headset. It makes the bass pretty muddy. This seems to done by Windows on default, it's called the Microsoft Audio Home Theater Effects and it sucks. If you have Dolby Access license, also make sure to set Spatial sound to Dolby Atmos for headphones to make the headset have a little punch when listening to music.

Picked this up completely blind, not bad at all.
I saw Beyerdynamic released a wireless gaming headset, and I bought it. I did zero research beforehand, and I honestly don't have much to complain about despite the price bracket it's in.Build quality is good, not the greatest, but solid. Plastic parts feel premium and have a nice sandblasted style finish, shouldn't pick up any fingerprints, though I bought the grey so it wouldn't have really been visible anyway. Classic Beyerdynamic yokes, feel sturdy and have very positive clicks at each height setting. I have two small gripes that would fall into build quality, first is that like other classic Beyerdynamics there's an exposed cable running from each earcup to the headband, and to top it off they attached a plastic label to one that needs to be cut off(it's pretty big). Second is that rather than standard Beyerdynamic earpads, they're using twist/lock pads. While easier to take off/put on, it limits your options, and it would have been a really nice touch had they included a set of Beyerdynamic velour pads like you'd find on the DT series of headphones.Comfort is king, and this headphone doesn't slouch. Completely stock it's comfortable, far more so than the Audeze Maxwell in my opinion. I could wear this for several hours without discomfort. Still wish there was a second pad option in the box, pleather does get stifling and hot.Sound, extremely subjective. It reminds me of the DT 770(I tried both the 80 & 250 ohm versions), though not quite there. For some people this is fantastic, me personally, I got rid of both of those headphones. Thankfully this headset responds well enough to Equalizer APO without getting too quiet or distorting.Microphone(s), solidly good. Much like the Audeze Maxwell, if you detach the boom mic there's built in mics on the earcups that take over. The boom mic quality is good, a little quiet in a few recording samples I did but good quality. Not the greatest headset microphone I've heard, but it's honestly up there. The built in mics, however, are shockingly good with one big asterisk. They are very much open mics, if you're not in a sound treated room you're going to hear reverb when using them. But they're loud, clean, & clear. Surprisingly so, socks rocked.Functionality, it does what it says it does. There's no software(yet?), so it just kind of does it's thing. Kind of refreshing but if you do want to use an equalizer to put your own taste on the sound profile you'll need third party software at this time. I want to stress that I did zero research when making the purchase, I don't even know if Beyerdynamic is making any kind of software. There's 2 buttons and a wheel, the wheel also acts as a button if pressed in. If you look at the documentation that comes with the headset it's pretty clear what everything does. You can also find the info on Beyerdynamics website, but the Amazon product page is a bit bare at the moment. These headphones have a second party trick involving the built-in microphones, pressing in and holding the volume wheel uses the microphones to give allow you to hear your surrounding better. This much like the voice quality of those microphones works surprisingly well. I genuinely thought I had turned off a noise cancelling feature I was unaware of, but it's just the opposite, this also means the headphones themselves isolate fairly well.Overall I'd say I'm pretty impressed. This price point in the wireless gaming headset market is getting pretty saturated but this is a solid option. I personally think the Razer Blackshark V2 Pro(2023 version) is a bit more comfortable(as well as padded surfaces being made of materials that don't disintegrate and flake, big plus in my book) and the boom mic on that headset is killer. The MMX200 can sound better with equalization, but again, you need third party software at this time. I think the Audeze Maxwell destroys both in terms of audio quality but gets destroyed in turn when it comes to stock comfort. If I could could be more granular with my rating I'd give this headset an 8.5/10 or I guess 4.25/5.I don't dislike this product, good job. But if your space can support it, you'd be better off with a decent pair of headphones and a stand-alone microphone.

Great concept, bad quality
I'm normally a huge beyerdynamic fan however this headset is such a disappointment. I've only had them for a couple of months and they are no longer close off properly around the ears and the microphone sometimes turns into a robot and I have to remove the dongle and put it back in. The sound quality of the microphone is also horrible. The battery is also pretty bad and whenever it goes low it will cut off audio for 5+ seconds to tell you battery low for 30 minutes before it actually goes out even if you are mid game and need the soundBought Audeze Maxwell's instead and its much much better
