More suitable as a tablet stand rather than laptop stand.
HP Netbook does fit in the cradle and the shelf keeps lowering down as soon as you place your netbook on top as the weight distribution is not even. Will make a great tablet stand but useless as a laptop stand as that was what is was advertised for.
