Surprisingly Effective — Like 6 Minutes of Brushing in 2
I’ve used a traditional single-head electric toothbrush for years and have always tried to follow the 2-minute rule, but honestly, even two minutes can feel long some days. I discovered this triple-head ultrasonic toothbrush and decided to give it a try, mainly because I liked the idea of brushing longer without actually spending more time. The biggest advantage is that the triple head cleans the front, back, and chewing surfaces at the same time. When you spend about 30 seconds on each quadrant, you’re effectively giving each surface far more attention than with a single head. In practical terms, it feels like you’re getting close to six minutes of brushing in just two minutes. I do still have my wisdom teeth, and that’s one limitation worth noting. Getting behind the very last molars is difficult with this brush, and rather than gagging, I still use my regular single-head electric toothbrush just for those back teeth. That combo works well for me. The included tongue scraper was a nice bonus. I had already realized I couldn’t brush my tongue effectively with this brush and was planning to buy a scraper anyway, so having one included was a welcome addition. The first couple of days, my gums bled slightly. I believe this is due to the angled outer bristles that point upward toward the gumline. I do have some gum recession, so I’m keeping an eye on that and plan to ask my dentist about it at my next visit. That said, I go for cleanings twice a year and consistently get told my gums are healthy with minimal bleeding during cleanings. One unexpected benefit: flossing. I’m admittedly not great about flossing daily—sometimes it’s more like once a week—and I usually pull out a lot of debris from between my molars. After about a week of using this brush, I flossed and there was almost nothing between my teeth. My teeth are very tightly spaced, so that was surprising. Finally, my teeth have noticeably whitened over the past week of use. I wasn’t expecting that, but the difference is real. Overall, this brush has made my oral care feel more thorough without requiring more time. It’s not a perfect replacement for a single-head brush (especially if you still have wisdom teeth), but used together, it’s been a very effective upgrade to my routine.

easy to use
As a practicing hygienist I was naturally drawn to the Triple Bristle toothbrush because it cleans the gumline automatically. It’s not that other brushes can’t do a good job too - I just found that people who use this three sided brush consistently come to their recall appointment with huge improvements in their gum health. I originally tried the main unit with rechargeable batteries but this one is more affordable for people who are on a tight budget and it does a great job as well. The only downside is that since batteries are not rechargeable you will have to replace batteries when you feel the vibration strength going down. It’s definitely a completely different way to brush. So to all of those people trying it for the first time I recommend that you approach it with an open mind: - Be prepared for some tickling and sensitivity for the first several days. You may also feel the occasional “zing” if the plastic touches your tooth. This goes away as you learn to use it. - Because it cleans more thoroughly and goes right into the gum line, it’s not uncommon to experience some bleeding and sensitivity. This is temporary and usually goes away after several days. Bleeding is a sign of inflammation so as you continue to use the brush you will note that the bleeding stops and your gum health will improve dramatically. - Unlike the original rechargeable unit, this unit comes with batteries that have to be inserted into the handle. This part can be a bit tricky. It closes very tightly so that water doesn’t enter the handle and it can be tough to open. When I called customer service they recommended using a coin (like a quarter) to open and close the bottom. I’ve had quite a few patients ask me about this so I am attaching a quick video about how to assemble this brush start to finish. - You don’t need to move the handle around very much. Just press it down on top of your teeth until it reaches the gums and allow the sonic vibration to do its job. A gentle up and down motion to brush the gums is as much as you should do. This toothbrush will help you brush better and faster. It covers all three sides of your teeth and brushes the gumline perfectly. Since the gum line is often where gum disease starts it can make a really big difference in your oral health. I highly recommend trying this brush if you struggle with dental disease - at this price point it’s really well worth it. Inna C. RDH

Best. Thing. EVER. (with 1 design flaw)
**ETA 12/24/23** We have gone through several of these toothbrushes, and they all have failed the same way each time. Specifically, the button cover becomes dislodged and falls out - then the physical button underneath quickly becomes too difficult to operate without it (or fails entirely due to water contact from being uncovered). I knocked this down from 5 to 4 stars due to this problem. Otherwise, while the device works, I maintain it's the best thing ever! We have multiple autistics in my household who have struggled for years with tooth brushing due to sensory issues. We have tried manual toothbrushes, and various types of electric toothbrushes with mixed results. Most recently we tried another type of electric triple headed toothbrush - which was a huge improvement over every other electric toothbrush out there...but was still an imperfect solution, because (1) the product came from China and took FOREVER to arrive, which meant getting replacement parts was going to be a huge ordeal, (2) the toothbrush felt gentle, but was very loud, and (3) the heads were a bit flimsy and the bristles wore out and broke off rather easily. I was so excited when I saw this brand hit the market, and waited anxiously to be able to try it, since the reviews claimed it was quiet and very effective. For myself personally, I felt like the vibration tickled only for the first 2 days; which was a super fast adjustment period for me. The first couple of days, I also honestly felt like I must be doing something wrong because it was so gentle, I felt like it hadn't done anything at all...except my teeth were squeaky clean! My kiddo also adjusted very quickly to this toothbrush, and it has been amazing for us both. This travel version made it more affordable for us to try out (the rechargeable version cost twice as much) - especially since we have rechargeable batteries of our own to use in this. The tongue cleaner which came with the kit is also amazing; I disliked every other tongue cleaner I've ever tried and I love this one; especially because it's super easy to keep clean. Also, the toothbrush heads come with a hard case for travel - which makes SO much more sense than including a huge bulky case for the entire toothbrush. I love everything about this product!!

Best 30 bucks I've spent this year, great for my almost 4yo
I wasn't quite sure how it was going to like this but I really think it was a great investment for us. My son absolutely hates to have his teeth brushed so it is a fight every time we got an electric toothbrush for him when he hit 3 years old and it was doing better but I was still noticing some spots that I would have to get because he just hated it so much. around his canines was a big area and I would have to have him lay down and I would really have to brush them meticulously to get little brown specks off which I thought I was getting off in the initial brushing and I would miss. After the first couple uses of this toothbrush I was obviously seeing some signs that I was missing more spots than I realized and this toothbrush got those places with ease. So far his teeth look beautiful I haven't noticed any areas that brush is missing, the problem areas I was noticing before appear to be getting clean. We go slow it seems soft and gentle and it gets an all-around clean almost effortlessly I try to ensure I'm doing some brushing but in areas where my son freaks out I go so soft and gentle just to keep him calm. Now my son does not have autism that I know of but this is a wonderful toothbrush for hard or scared kids when it comes to teeth brushing. It also comes with a tongue cleaner which he thought was funny but we will learn to use that as well. Only downside I would say is it is a little big for his mouth, he is almost 4 years old and we can use it appropriately on him but he has a very tight mouth and he doesn't like to soften when we brush because he doesn't like it so I have to really try and talk him down during it so it is a little big but not so big that it's not usable. All in all this toothbrush I feel has made our toothbrush experience better, he seems less combative He seems calmer He seems like he's getting a better clean. I think it's better for him.

Listen to me, and listen to me good...
As a child, I always hated brushing my teeth. It was a chore and I avoided it as often as possible. This resulted in a lot of dental problems for me throughout my twenty-seven years of life, and I was no stranger to the dentist’s chair. Over the last several years, I decided that I needed to pay more attention to my old health. My breath was rank, teeth were rough and scratchy, and my gums would frequently get irritated. I got several cavities filled, plenty of root canals and teeth cleanings, but the root of it all is that I didn’t take proper precautionary care of my teeth. As gross as it sounds now, I only ever brushed probably once a week and I never flossed. I would only rely on mouthwash and tongue scrapers. My main complaint was that brushing my teeth and my gums bleed, and I hated the taste of blood in my mouth, so I shouldn’t brush my teeth. Then last Christmas, I order this toothbrush. It has turned my world upside down. Not only is it electric and it pulsates on three different speeds, but it also covers three sides of my tooth at once, cutting the time needed. For the first time in my life, I’ve started to enjoy brushing my teeth. I cannot say how startled I am at this for 180° change of habit I have experienced the last two months. I’ve experienced symptoms of gingivitis for years, and every time that I have brushed my teeth, I bled a lot. When I bought this toothbrush as a Christmas present for myself, I started to see a little bit of progress. Spots started getting attention I previously missed. Each time I brushed, I would feel much cleaner in the mouth and my gums would bleed less and less each time. I recently combined my new enjoyment of brushing with a new gum-restorative and enamel repair toothpaste, and for the first time IN MY LIFE, I brushed my teeth this morning and my gums did not bleed whatsoever. I think if I keep this up, I can reverse the effects of gingivitis and I can probably look forward to healthy teeth for many more years to come. Having a healthy set of chompers has increased my confidence and has made me want to smile, and be in front of the camera more often. I now enjoy brushing my teeth now, 100% thanks to this product. I love it and I cannot praise its value enough. Thank you. 10/5

Not very useful as toothbrushes go
The concept sounds great, the product did not deliver. Condition: Item was received in good condition. No problem putting the battery in after reading reviews to use a quarter. Use: my gums bled every time I used this. The way the brushes are aligned, if you want to cover the whole tooth, you have to press it downward. However, when you do that the side brush bristles fan out and scrapes your gum, not right along the gum line but further. Strangely the section of tooth right next to the gum line doesn’t get cleaned very well because the bristles can never reach it. No matter how you practice, you’ll at some point feel the uncomfortable buzz when the vibrating plastic part of the brush grazes your teeth as you change direction. Overall: I have purchased several electric toothbrushes online over the past few years with prices ranging from $10-$60. Always have a rechargeable one at home and several smaller ones for travel that comes with a cover over the brush. This literally is the bottom of the barrel for cleaning purposes. The only thing this has going is the gimmick of having 3 brush heads, that’s it. You’ll get better cleaning power out of a simple electric toothbrush that cost less than 1/2 the price of this one.

Good quality, has vigorous brushing speed/vibration.
Bought for my toddler son to quickly get his teeth clean as he is very hard to adequately brush because he fights back. Found the vibration settings to be too strong for my toddler’s tolerance. Good quality product, just did not suit my needs very well.

Say YES and buy
OMG... This is the most amazing toothbrush I've bought in a while! It does wonders. I love how it brushes all of my teeth at once, and it's been a huge help since I have braces. It makes brushing so much easier and leaves my teeth feeling really clean. I definitely recommend it!

All ready not functioning after 5 months
We used the triple bristle as tooth brush. Normal use. And after 5 month I can trow it away.
