Is your daily life chaotic and out of control? Do you struggle with work/life balance? Does it feel like there are never enough hours in the day to accomplish all your goals? Does it feel like no matter how hard you try it's never good enough? Are you looking for a simple yet executable roadmap to create the life you've always desired? If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, then you need...HOW TO MAKE SH*T HAPPEN."Core 4 has brought order to chaos. Every time I veer off from it, the shit storms appear" - Ed Eisenbeck "CORE 4 has opened up my mind more than anything I have done in my life. It has shown me that I control my time, my relationships, my body, business, and altogether my life. I'm no longer just along for the ride. In any aspect of life." - Bryan Hooley Review: Life changing through its simplicty - How to Make Sht Happen* hit me harder than I expected. Iโve spent most of my life in the โdo more, push harder, fill your plateโ mindset, believing results only come from intensity and burnout. This book completely disrupted that belief. Seanโs Core 4 framework, focusing daily on power, passion, purpose, production, is simple, direct, and unbelievably effective. He shares the real-life experiences that shaped these principles, and itโs clear the lessons come from truth, not theory. What makes this book powerful isnโt just the knowledge. Itโs the application. When I started implementing the small daily investments Sean lays out, everything in my life began to shift. More clarity. More direction. More grounded results. This book is a roadmap. And if you actually put it into practice, it will change the way you live. It's become the top gift I share with others, because I know the impact it truly makes when you take action. Review: great kick in the A**! - If you were to read one book, choose this one (donโt worry, itโs a quick read-Iโm talking between 1-2 hours). Sean Whalen cuts straight to the chase on how to get your life in order. The info is nothing new-a lot of it is stuff Iโm sure weโve all heard throughout the years but his delivery is what is so eye opening and motivating. He is raw and intense meaning there is no sugar coating, so if youโre sensitive or easily offended...this isnโt the book for you. And what I mean by that is, heโs like the best friend we all have that gives us the cold, hard truth whether we want to hear it or not. He teaches you that everything in life is in 1 of 4 different categories and its a matter of setting intension to your thoughts and purpose to your actions. This isnโt just another author setting out to try to motivate people with fancy words and whatnot..this man has seen the highs and the lows in life (the kind of low that made him put a 9mm in his mouth). Heโs here to tell his story based on experience, NOT theory. The great thing is...he didnโt write this book to make a profit. Even though this book is actually #1 on desertcart in business mentoring and coaching, itโs only $3.59. Yes, you read that correctly. He genuinely just wants this book to get into as many hands as possible. So if you need a little kick in the ass with your business or relationships or anything in life really, buy this book. Oh, and just a little forewarning: he has a colorful vocabulary to top it off (if you couldnโt tell from the title ๐).

One piece of advice can change your life
Ok so I decided about 5 months ago that I was done being miserable in basically every aspect of my life. Iโve struggle with depression and anxiety since my late teens, and very significantly over this past year. About 5 months ago I decided to double on getting better. I started medication and read and listened to a variety of self help/personal development style books- this book being one of the first. Iโve learned that no self help book is a cure all, this one including. But if I can take just ONE valuable piece of information/advice from the book that improves my life, itโs totally worth 5 stars. This book did just that. I am a healthcare worker, not an entrepreneur. A large portion of this book was just not applicable to me. That being said, some of it hit me HARD. Iโve struggled with having a relationship with my brother for awhile, despite wanting one. I read this book and the advice given inspired me and helped me to regenerate my relationship with my brother and strengthen the relationship with my parents. The concepts of investing your same negative energy into a positive outlet worked wonders. When this book yelled at me to text the person who I wish I had a better relationship with, I did it not expecting anything. To my surprise, my effort was reciprocated. The more I โinvested,โ the more of a return I got. I absolutely attribute this book to regrowing the relationship between my brother and me, and allowing me to create a relationship with my now 6 month old nephew. This book doesnโt sugar coat anything, which I appreciate. This book told me exactly what I needed to hear: you expend the same energy being angry that you do being happy. Instead of using that energy for anger, use it to invest in relationships you wish were stronger. Lastly, the elephant metaphor is spot on. I often get overwhelmed at seemingly enormous tasks. Thinking I need to complete them in one sitting (and then getting overwhelmed and avoiding completely), when really I should chip away at them bit by bit each day. Bottom line, while this book wasnโt 100% applicable to my life, the things I took away from it changed my life for the better and I am so very grateful for that!

Holding your self accountable, while giving yourself tools to make progress.
This is a primer (small book) advocating for a simple set of daily must do categories to work your way toward your goals. An underlying them in the book is that you can muscle your way through any problems. I am not sure I agree with the philosophy and/however if you are reading self help/how to books you would likely benefit from 85-95% of the encouragement and technique described. A fundamental message within is that if something is giving you bad results itโs yo fault. The up side of this accountability is the idea that if itโs yours then you can also fix it. I like that part of the message and/also I dont think all problems are fixable but the author does leave room in the discussion to โself-healโ from permanent ly damaged relationships in that/by STILL being responsible for how you feel about it. Ie. how you treat the world has NOTHING to do with how the world is treating you. You have agency. You can choose. You can act. You can have an impact.

A very simple and straight forward read.
This is a very straight forward, holds nothing back book. If you're looking a real, honest and simple to understand book to help you make things happen in your life, look no further. I have read this book multiple times and bought many copies for friends and family. It is one of my go to books when I need a reminder on things. Sean's explanation on the four core principles in success and just overall well being is down to earth and holds nothing back.

Changing my life
I came across this book and Sean Whalen back in May. At the time I was recently diagnosed with PTSD, anxiety, and depression. On top of that I was notified that my time in the Army was coming to end because of the diagnosis. I quickly started spiraling down and started to drink heavily, push my family away, and go into a full out panic about what the future would hold. I bought the book because after watching Sean Whalen on Facebook and seeing how he talked straight to people, I figured I would give this book a try. Iโve never been one to sit and read but I think I read this book three or fours times the first week I had it. Itโs raw, harsh, straight to the point, and relatable. Every time I read it, I would catch more things that I missed previously. I have destroyed the book with a highlighter; highlighting important pieces. I keep it in my truck so itโs always accessible at work if I need it. Since I read it my spouse and I have grown closer and I have built a better relationship with my children than I had. Iโm slowly getting back into shape (a long road ahead), I listen to podcasts daily on my way to work to try and learn something new everyday, and I am trying to better myself for my families future. Reading this helped me realize the world isnโt only out to get me but it will swallow me up if I donโt get it together. Thank you Mr. Whalen for a fantastic read and the kick in the ass that I needed! God bless America!

Exhausting, bro. Made me want to take a nap.
I literally read this in the time it took me to drink one cup of tea at Blue Bottle. So itโs short. And there are mistakes - โThe War Of Artโ is a book? Plus, itโs written as if the authorโs yelling at you, the way an army sergeant would yell at you to button your jacket and polish your fโing shoes. Lots of caps, repeated phrases, gratuitous cursing. More seriously, while there are doubtless several good motivational tips - he did a good job there and heโs right on several counts - he falls into the trap of believing that everyone defines success the same way. Having millions of dollars doesnโt make you successful, any more than having a million bricks makes you the owner of a house. Itโs relative, and not a compulsion for everybody. Configuring your life in regimented fashion in order to build muscles or make millions. or whatever, is just one route to success. What if a person defines success as something else? Wholeness, peace of mind, or by having harmonious relationships that arenโt kept alive by programmed reminders on a cellphone for date nights and sending flowers? In that case, the hectoring tone of this book could lead them up an unsuitable path, I think. The underlying message seems to be that if you make to-do lists for your every waking hour and order your life in such a way that you feel you have taken control of it, then โsuccessโ will be yours. However, life canโt be controlled, can it? Try to impose your will on it, and you are asking for trouble. Did he not see Jurassic Park? Better, I say, to do your best, go with the flow, and trust that things are working out, rather than imposing your goals on reality. Just a thought. Btw, Iโm also a little wary of self-confessed cigar aficionados and fast car drivers. I always think theyโre making up for deep insecurity and possibly deficiencies in other areas. So that kinda made me unsettled too. Though, if true, it would certainly explain the repeated plugging of his accomplishments, his coaching groups, his website, the amount of money heโs made, etc. Also, why would a guy who makes a big play out of keeping your body in the best of physical shape mention that he ingests toxic gases from cigars regularly? That baffled me. As did the repeated references in mocked-up conversations to women as being bitches. What is this, 1971? On the whole, I wanted to love it, and him, but 45 minutes later - itโs more of a pamphlet than a book, a rant than prose - was decidedly ho-hum about the whole thing and ready for a nap. Some people shouldn't write books, they should meet you in person and yell instructions at you. First thing on my to-do list tomorrow: delete this from my Kindle.

The best book for LIFE
I fallow Sean on Facebook and the second he said he was writing a book and putting it out there I knew I needed to buy it.This book is amazing. Clearly the best book I have ever read. Simple and directly to the point. Everyone should read this book. I own a business, married and kids, overweight and lived a life of chaos (as Sean describes it). This book has changed my life already I may at this time I may not do everything in this book everyday YET. But the changes I have see are Epic. This book is my new bible and It sits on my desk, and is read from every day. Folks If there is a book out there that is life changing it is this one. Buy it and follow it and watch what happens. One of my favorite sayings is Keep it simple stupid. Well this book cleary shows this and it is clearly simple to fallow and make SH*T happen.
