I, like I’m sure most of you are, was skeptical to buy a couch from Amazon. I live in a rural area so I spent months shopping online for what I wanted at a good price. When the couch I originally selected was out of stock, I stumbled upon this one, and for a lower price. One note I will make is if you choose to get an ottoman, MEASURE! It is gigantic.Price: 5/5 I saw several couches for much higher prices and worse reviews.Quality: 5/5 each piece is constructed with a sturdy wooden frameAssembly: 5/5 They pack all the parts for each piece into the bottom of the base. From there you remove all your parts and get to work. I was nervous about the covers after reading the reviews. Once you figure out how they should go on, it’s very easy! The reviews mentioning it being super tight and their fabric ripped, I think they were trying to stretch them on in a manner they shouldn’t have. They fit nice and snug but I never felt like I had to fight the fabric and risk it ripping. Start with your section sitting upright and work your way down. Don’t try and work from the bottom up.Comfort: 4/5 I am giving this a 4 because it looks like it’d be a very squishy couch, but it is actually very firm. I don’t mind a firm couch and find it comfortable, but my husband would prefer it to be less firm. We’ve had the couch for less than a week, but I think over time if it doesn’t soften up or he doesn’t adjust, we could re-stuff the cushions with something more plush.Customer service: 5/5 customer service was PHENOMENAL. They were extremely responsive and gave me updates along the way. Each piece ships separately so they supplied me with each individual tracking number. After receiving the couch they checked in with me to see how I liked it and if it met my expectations.If you’ve been looking for a cloud couch look, end your search and buy this!

I love this couch. It’s much more comfortable than my old couch which was the goal. It’s big and perfect for my space. It was pretty easy to put together. I was able to get one done by myself but it was obviously a much easier process with help.I rated it a 4 because one of the pegs that goes to connect the back rest to the base was bent. There was no way I was going to return everything or repack it all up so I had to hire someone to bend the piece so I could use it. When I reached out to the seller about it. They offered me a $50 refund, which I took because I didn’t have the energy to fight about it. Shipping was $250 and the $50 barely covered the person I hired so it just ended up being more of a headache than I needed at the time, but it’s ultimately a nice couch.Watch out for splinters. The bottom is unfinished wood.

Takes up my whole wall in the best way 😍 comes out just from against the wall that gives it a luxurious look, I have the LED fireplace with 84 inch TV A few plants or whatever you like My Baby throw blankets and a few pillows chef kiss thank me later even the guys compliment you on this set not just the ladies you got money if you got this lol at least it looked like it! I got full-size the whole thing 2 ottomans. Black isn’t black is more like charcoal but that’s OK. It looks good. 😊 Super sturdy but very comfortable like it’s gonna last for years easy to put together please push the button you deserve it!

This is advertised as a cloud couch that’s soft and comfortable and it is anything but comfortable. The texture is rough and it’s very firm. It was a pain in the ass to put together, make sure you have someone with muscles to pull the pieces apart and you need at least two people. It looks nice, color was accurate and it is modular, wasn’t damaged or missing any pieces. It’s just not what I was expecting in terms of comfort. I do regret buying it.

Overall like the look of the couch, the back cushions are as advertised but the seat cushions are not down filled at all. They are super firm. The ottoman cushions are perfect. Just wish the seats were as comfy as the ottomans are. Would go a different direction if I had it to do again.

I normally don’t write reviews but this couch was a total win for our family. I assembled it by myself. However, the covers are insanely difficult to get on with the instructions because they don’t explain. I couldn’t find reviews that mentioned how to do it either so I will: The black mesh part goes on the bottom and like up the seams. I worked from the bottom up. Placed it around the sides and zipped then pulled it up from there. Still tight and a bit sketchy but once you get it it’s easier. Make sure to not zip the bottom until complete and line up the seams!!!!!!!We wanted a 7th Avenue couch because we have two dogs and we wanted a fabric couch that had washable covers! This one has it all. It’s also very comfortable! We were anxious about buys a couch on amazon but this one was worth the risk! We shopped around for so long and got the dream couch with the budget. Highly recommended. We’ve had it about a week now.

We’ve had this couch for few months now. I bought it when I was pregnant & didn’t find it all that comfy while pregnant but I’m 2 months postpartum now & I have loved it so much. I get compliments from guests all the time about how comfy and big it is. The only problems I’d say is that a few feathers come out every so often & literally everything sticks to the fabric. Also, unless you have a rug or carpet under it the ottomans tend to slide out from under you when laying vertically on it. Other than that I love the extra storage & all the space it gives me & my family to relax. I definitely recommend!

Love my cloud couch had it going on a month now ! Only thing I can say is the feathers coming out the cushions are ANNOYING but it’s veryyyy comfortable! it was kinda of difficult to get out the box as well . Building was fairly easy and simple.
