Am 51 fitness trainer for 30 years ..,consuming all kinds of protein for 35 years .. my tummy can not digest even half the scoop ... Doesnot suit my system .. had such experience with some other products in the past .. but most milk proteins , egg proteins and blends my body can absorb without ANY problem ...
