Top quality and very well tasting Magnesium supplement. We use it for years. Just wished it would come in lemon flavor again as it used to be.

I just received it and can not yet judge the effectiveness, but the flavor is very pleasant. I add it in with coconut water. 4-star may turn to 5-star if it works with my body as I hope it will.

Best thing I've found in a long time. I take one tab in a 20 oz container of water and add 1 packet of orange Emergen-C. It's tastes good and my calves no longer bother me at night. If you are waking up with what is similiar to charlie horse (pain in calves) I would highly recommend this, I take one every other day.
