Dk Collector's Guides: Art Nouveau

A lovely book, beautifully illustrated, clearly organised into different sctions, furniture, glass, jewellery etc. A pleasure to read. Also gives the reader an overall view of the period which would enable you to research favourite artists further.

I am not a collector but you don't need to be to ooh-and-aah over 1,000 illustratons (incredibly detailed). The book itself is a work of art: for instance, a treasure is too large for the one page so it spreads to the opposite page and miraculously the join is not evident.(The same comments apply to DK's Art Deco.)

If you like Art Noveau as I do then this book is for you. It is a great help if you happen to be bidding in an online auction.

The book was as described came in good time happy with purchase enjoyed reading it there's only so much you can write about it

Simply the best Art Nouveau book I have come across.
