It’s fantastic. Just freezes the pain out of my surgical knee and the calf that is still angry. Does not stay super cold long but once it’s not cold, my pain is gone. I do like my ice cold enough to freeze my leg off and some are more sensitive. I’m 4 months out from knee replacement and while I still have pain, it’s not like it was in the first two hellish months. If I do the other knee I’ll buy 2 more of these and rotate them, and toss almost all the other 57 ice products I have tried.

I got this to compliment one I got from my doctor, and while it works, it does not seem to stay as cold as long, nor is it as firm as the one I got from the doctor's office. (Maybe 20 minutes versus 25; it's not a problematic difference). But the fabric feels different, the gel filling feels different, and the packaging is different (both the shipping package and the freezer bag).

We keep this in the freezer to help with pain when my husband experiences tennis elbow pain. He describes the sleeve as being immediate relief when he's in discomfort. We haven't tried using it at heat therapy yet, as my husband likes the icy feeling better.

So easy and convenient. Direct from freezer, slide right on like any knee sleeve. Soft, scuba-like material makes it really comfy. Easy to walk around while you ice. Lasts about 20 minutes, just enough time to chill.

Great for hot or cold therapy.

I use this item regularly to help cover post work out. I deal with a bit of arthritis and often have sore joints after training. This item slides right over the area that I need and provides the benefit that I need. This is very cold when taking out of the freezing so I often let it sit a room temp for about 10-15 minutes before use.

Love the fit and the idea, but just doesn’t stay cold long enough. Ice pack typically last 20-25…lucky to get 10 minutes with this sleeve.
