why does it say 'free delivery' if it adds a £20 fee for delivery? I'm on amazon prime and it's still added. ridiculous

Change your seller under thebuying options part of the product see if it then offers free delivery. Sometimes it can be worth paying a little bit more and getting it shipped and fulfileld by Amazon, or just fulfilled by them.

Listed as "free delivery", but for the minimum order quantity the delivery charge is to £25. is it possible get free delivery, or is this a scam?

I've noticed this happening a lot recently on confectionery items. I wanted Ferrero Rocher £4.50 with free delivery but then £25 delivery charge popped up at checkout !! I don't why it's happening but I've read some customers have been caught out :(

Minimum order quantity shown is 5. when i order you tell me i have exceeded your limit of 3. can anyone explain the logic?

I suspect this is a glitch in the ordering / website software, report it to Amazon.
