Milk cereal powder
I thought that this powder would make a breakfast porridge similar to a Cream of Wheat consistency. Using the instructions on the package, it was not very viscous. I also had trouble getting the powder to dissolve in cold milk, which began to form clumps when mixing it. I warmed up the liquid and it helped dissolve it better. I’m guessing that starting with warm milk will help it dissolve better, much like powdered hot cocoa mix. The taste isn’t bad, a little sweeter than expected, but still good enough to try it again.
