The media could not be loaded. This gun doesn’t shoot very far and the balls are not real tennis balls. They are not safe for dogs. My dog brought it back on the first shot with part of it missing. Not sure what it’s made of but it can’t me good for your dog to ingest. I would have returned it but now it’s used and damaged. Don’t buy this gun you’ll be sorry

This dog toy was a piece of junk. It broke after the 2nd time I used it. I'm giving it 5 stars for the way the company handled my complaint. I sent an E-mail to them on a Sunday got a response from them on Monday and they are issuing a refund in the full amount. Quick and polite. I only wish more companies had customer service like thisJerry Conway

Ive had the "Chucker " version of a tennis ball canon for three years and it worked pretty good until it didn't. I wanted to replace it with a better one so I got this. NOT. There is a 'rod' that punches the ball instead of a cup shaped piston like the one I had been using. It is not a good design. If the tennis ball was a pool 'cue' ball it may work better. This one comes with smaller than "standard sized tennis balls" capacity. I tried a 'standard' size ball and it did not even leave the muzzel of the toy as it was wedged in too tight to have the 'rod' push it forward. Sending it back.

I bought one these toys from Tractor Supply a few months ago. My dogs LOVE this toy, but it recently broke, so i bought a new one. I got it on a Thursday and it didn't even work right of out the box. My friend showed me how to lock it back and then I used it for 2 days. The damn thing broke and it doesn't work anymore. What a waste of money. Too bad cause my dogs go crazy for this thing. Guess I need to find a new toy to play fetch or just use the good Ole arm. I want my money back!

This toy is awesome! It’s our dogs’ fav toy! It launches balls different distances and is easy to use!

Launches as expected

I shot the thing twice and the hammer that pushes the tennis ball out broke. It was still mostly in tact so I went to fire the third shot and the shaft that pulls back fell out of the back. It was fun for the first shot though. Ultimately cheap plastic junk.
