Review: Excellent quality and perfect for my purposes - I bought these to make naturally fermented sodas and for bottling/aging home brewed ciders, meads and wine. They do provide an airtight seal, but there is a maximum pressure that they will hold be for some air escapes past the seal, so they are *not* completely air tight. This is a good thing in some cases because it prevents over pressurizing and explosions. However, because of this, they may not be the best solution for long term storage and aging. In that case a more typical wide bottle with a cork might be a better bet. They're glass so they clean easily with soap and hot water as long as you're using them for water/oil based fluids. I've had mine for a few months and I haven't noticed any rust or degradation of the silicone seals or any other durability issues. I haven't dropped them but but i'm not delicate with them either. They're a good size and weight and easy to handle. The glass stands up to normal handling/use of glass bottles, but The extra little goodies are nice, but a bit of a waste for me. It' nice that they include labels and a marker for easy labeling, especially if you have a bunch of similar looking liquids.
