Horrible customer service!!! I currently have a Mighty Tite system, the system itself is great, but buyer beware!!! I originally had it for my ATV and now have both an ATV and a SXS so I was looking to purchase another set of floor plates because the machines are different widths and lengths. Well since the pandemic they have run out of the product for the longest time. So I got put on their list for when it is back in stock, miraculously they "found" some new sets after months. So I asked if I could purchase the floor plates and was told no, they are only selling full sets. Well this basically makes my set useless for one of my machines as I switch back and forth depending on where I am going riding, so I need to buy another tie down system depending which machine I have. I emailed them and asked if I could get a template to have the floor plates made at a local fabricator and got no response. I then sent another email a few weeks later asking if there was any update and the response I got was "sorry no". I tried to leave a review on the ATV Super Store where they are selling these and it does not allow you to leave a review, I am guessing because it is a poor review as there are other positive reviews left. What a crock that they only allow positive reviews. I just wanted to warn others as I said the product works great but if you have more than one machine it is not worth the price because you will need another method for transporting different sizes machines.
