These help relieve constipation.
I've been using this product for years after it was recommended by a health professional. Currently, I am dealing with healing from SIBO which often leads to poor digestion which can lead to constipation. When that hits I take one capsule and that usually solves the problem. It sometimes takes a day to work. Never take more than 1 a day or things could get out of hand.

My order was a mix up
My order for Magnesium 400 on my first order was sent as D3 instead. Amazon replaced with my original order of Magnesium 400. I love the Carlson 400 product very much. I so regret this mix up but truly appreciate having it corrected
